David Quinonez, CCIM Candidate
David adds a high level of real estate industry knowledge, spanning from financial analysis to operations, marketing and sales. David is passionate about his work; detail oriented, and seeks always to provide the best possible service for his clients.
Prior to joining Benchmark Commercial Real Estate Services, he acted as managing director of operations and marketing for a high volume, top performing, regional residential broker. Before this, David served as an operational team leader at the Charles Schwab Company in San Francisco, California, where he collaborated in the development, testing and implementation of Charles Schwabs Cost Accounting Software.
David earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Davis. He currently holds a California State Salesperson License and is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) and California State Broker candidate.
His wife Yolanda and son Mateo are two of the many reasons David has taken it upon himself to create positive change and take part in the next generation of leadership in Californias Central Valley. He is a founding member of Commonwealth Modesto, a group of young business leaders focused on solving community issues. David serves as Vice-President of the Latino Business Association (LBA) and is an active parishioner at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church where he has volunteered to teach financial literacy and budgeting classes for families.
