Joseph R. Muratore, CCIM
Joe combines a deep understanding of market fundamentals and financial analysis, coupled with a wealth of Northern California relationships, to create maximum value for his clients. Recently featured in Commercial Investment Real Estate Magazine for his work on a $10 Million East Bay Area office project, Joe brings a history of success, along with focused enthusiasm to his clients projects.
Prior to founding Benchmark Commerical Real Estate Services, Joe was a Principal and Vice-President at a commercial real estate investment company with assets throughout Northern California. During his tenure there, he managed a portfolio of development, leasing, sales, and financing projects totaling more than $30 million in value. Earlier in his career, Joe worked in management at two regional mid-cap manufacturing and distribution companies.
Joe holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) real estate designation and a State of California Real Estate Brokers License. He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Management from Harvard University, a Bachelors Degree from California State University, Stanislaus and an Associates Degree from the Modesto Junior College.
Joe is very active in the community. He currently serves on the Modesto City Council. He is also President of the Advisory Board for the CSU Stanislaus Graduate/ Undergraduate Schools of Business and a member of the Board of Directors for the Salvation Army Red Shield Center and the Boy Scout's of America's Greater Yosemite Council. Married, with two children, Joe enjoys living and working near Modesto's downtown.
