About our Firm
Benchmark Commercial Real Estate Services is one of the leading independent commercial brokerage and property management firms in the Central Valley. We currently manage over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial and residential property and have brokered over $23,000,000 in transactions since our founding in 2009, during the worst decline in the commercial real estate market in decades. We are proud to have worked on some of the largest transactions in the Central Valley.
In today’s market, with hundreds of vacant or partially vacant properties, successfully leasing or selling buildings can be a challenge. Our firm has grown in a down market because we have become experts at positioning buildings for success. We are built around the central idea that we create the greatest value for our clients by being hands-on, hardworking, and strategic. We believe in regular honest conversations with our clients to ensure we're in tune with the market and the needs of our clients.
