David Quinonez, CCIM Candidate
As a veteran of the residential real estate industry, David’s industry knowledge spans from financial analysis to operations, marketing and sales. David is passionate about his work, detail oriented, and adept at identifying his clients’ needs and meeting them.
Prior to joining Benchmark Commercial Real Estate Services, he acted as managing director of operations and marketing for a high volume, top performing, regional residential real estate broker. In that capacity, he successfully closed 237 transactions for over $57.4 million in residential real estate. Prior to that, David served as an operational team leader at the Charles Schwab Company in San Francisco, California, where he collaborated in the development, testing and implementation of Charles Schwab’s Cost Accounting Software.
David earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Davis. He currently holds a State of California Real Estate Broker License and is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) candidate.
Married with one young son, David has taken it upon himself to create positive change and be a part of the next generation of leadership in California’s Central Valley. He is a founding member of Commonwealth Modesto, a group of young business leaders focused on solving community issues. David serves as President of the Latino Business Association (LBA) and is an active parishioner at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church where he has volunteered to teach financial literacy and budgeting classes for families.
