Erika bua, associate
Erika contributes an extensive history of sales, consulting, and business development to the Benchmark team. She values the importance of trust and integrity in building and maintaining client relationships. erika understands the goals of the company, the needs of the client, and meets both parties’ expectations.
Prior to joining the Benchmark team, Erika was a sales consultant for Paychex Inc. She started her career with Paychex in San Francisco and moved to Modesto to manage the Stanislaus and San Joaquin region. During her seven years at Paychex, Erika proved a very stable and successful track record. She was able to grow the client base by 40%, establish new referral relationships and maintain the existing clients. Over 55% of her business came from referred business. She was also responsible for assisting in the hiring and training process of new employees and the marketing strategy with the banking relationships.
Erika graduated with honors earning her Bachelor of Sciences in Business Economics at University California Santa Barbara. Erika is actively involved in her church and is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation.
