Services
Jori Novotny, CPM Candidate
Jori brings extensive experience in property management and client relations to the Benchmark team. She understands the needs of the client and works to ensure that every detail of a transaction is addressed. She is meticulous and consistently goes the extra mile to exceed client expectations.
Prior to joining the Benchmark team, Jori was the operations manager and marketing director for a regional golf resort. During her tenure there, she was responsible for mangement and leasing of the resort's condominium portfolio, as well as developing and implementing creative marketing strategies for the resort and the residential units. Jori was the primary point of contact for customers and condominium owners.
Jori is currently working towards her Certified Property Manger (CPM) designation. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communciations at California State University, Stanislaus. While at CSUS Jori was an active member of Delta Phi Gamma, was the Greek Council President for two years, and graduated from the Student Leadership Program.
Jori has always put an emphasis on being a leader in school, work and the community. A Girl Scout for 18 years, Jori also enjoys volunteering as a Girl Scout Leader and teaching younger girls how to build character and be leaders. She remains an active member of the Delta Phi Gamma Alumni Association which provides scholarships and holds fundraisers for local non-profit organizations. Recently married, Jori spends herfree time with her husband and two Siberian Huskies hiking, swimming and camping.
